1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

This Refund Policy forms part of the Terms of Service for Élevé Luxe Collective LLC, covering all websites, digital platforms, funnels, programs, courses, Skool communities, products, and services operated under:

luxeaivault.com/home
luxeforless.com
eleveluxecollective.com
…and any future domains owned by Élevé Luxe Collective LLC.

By purchasing, accessing, or using any product or service, you agree to:

• Our Terms of Service
• Our Privacy Policy
• Our Community Guidelines
• Our No-Sharing + IP Protection Rules
• Our Arbitration Agreement

If you do not agree to these terms, do not purchase.

2. ALL DIGITAL PRODUCTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

Because digital access is immediate and irrevocable, all digital products, courses, templates, documents, ebooks, downloads, communities, AI training resources, twin systems, and digital training programs are 100% non-refundable.

This includes but is not limited to:

• Luxe For Less
• Luxe AI Twin Vault
• Work & Travel programs
• Digital downloads
• Template packs
• Modules, lessons, trainings
• All AI Twin systems, presets, packs, and software-access content
• Any digital subscription or membership
• Community access (Skool)
• Email templates, launch systems, and digital toolkits
• Any instantly accessible digital product

No refunds. No partial refunds. No exceptions.

Your payment grants immediate access to proprietary frameworks, intellectual property, and protected materials. This access cannot be “returned,” therefore, refunds are not permitted.

3. COACHING, MENTORSHIP, AND PREMIUM PROGRAMS

All coaching, mentorship, 1:1 programs, group programs, VIP days, retreats, and high-touch offers are:

NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-CANCELLABLE

Including but not limited to:

• The 10K in 6 Months Coaching Program
• Luxe AI Twin Vault upgrades or add-ons
• Work & Travel coaching
• Business coaching
• Retreat deposits
• Retreat balances
• Workshops, intensive sessions, and live training programs

Deposits are forfeited if you cancel or withdraw.

Retreat deposits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be credited to future events.

4. ONLINE COURSES — LIMITED 7-DAY REFUND (Only Where Stated)

Some standalone courses may offer a 7-day refund only if explicitly stated on the checkout page.

Conditions:

• You must request the refund within 7 days
• You must email DominiqueJones@luxeaivault.com
• You must not have completed more than 10% of the course
• You must not have downloaded or accessed proprietary templates
• You must not have accessed any bonus modules, livestreams, community discussions, or AI tools
• You must not be found saving or copying course materials

If any of the above conditions are violated, the refund is denied.

Many courses do not include any refund window, and the checkout page prevails.

5. SUBSCRIPTIONS (MONTHLY + ANNUAL)

Subscriptions may include:

• AI-related membership
• Vault subscription tiers
• Luxe AI Twin Vault monthly plans
• Any recurring billing program

Refunds are NOT provided for subscriptions.

This includes:

• Current billing cycle
• Previous billing cycles
• Failed-to-cancel situations
• Forgetting to cancel
• Not using the product
• Not logging into the course
• Not joining the community
• Lack of results

Cancellation Policy

You must cancel a subscription at least 7 days before the next billing date.

Cancellation does not grant a refund; you retain access until your billing period ends.

Annual subscriptions paid in installments must be completed for the entire term.

6. TRIALS + AUTOMATIC BILLING

If you sign up for a free trial or a discounted trial:

• Your payment method will automatically be charged at the end of the trial
• If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before renewal, billing proceeds
• Refunds are not provided for post-trial charges
• Previous trial users cannot redeem new trials

7. CHARGEBACKS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED

By purchasing, you agree:

You will NOT initiate any chargeback for any reason.

Chargebacks are treated as:

• Breach of contract
• Fraudulent activity
• Theft of digital goods

If a chargeback is initiated:

• Your access will be revoked immediately
• All licenses and rights terminate
• You will owe the full amount plus a $2,500 liquidated damages fee
• Legal action may be taken
• A debt collection agency may be assigned

Chargeback fees are non-negotiable.

8. NO-SHARING RULE + LIQUIDATED DAMAGES

Sharing, distributing, or copying any digital product, curriculum, PDF, AI twin system, training, template, prompt, or community access results in:

$2,500 liquidated damages per violation

Plus:

• DMCA takedowns
• Copyright enforcement
• IP infringement claims
• Immediate removal from programs
• No refunds under any circumstances

This protects your Twin, your privacy, and the entire Vault ecosystem.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted:

Élevé Luxe Collective LLC’s total liability is capped at $200.

We are not liable for:

• Lost revenue
• Lost profits
• Lost business
• AI model misuse
• Third-party platform issues
• Platform downtime
• Results or lack thereof
• Decisions you make based on course material

This limitation survives contract termination.

10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION + ARBITRATION AGREEMENT

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of your purchase, access, or use of any product must be resolved through:

Binding individual arbitration — not court, not jury trials, not class actions.

Arbitration will be administered in Washington State, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

You waive:

• Right to a jury trial
• Right to participate in a class action
• Right to sue in court (except small claims if eligible)

Both parties agree to:

• Attempt informal resolution first
• Proceed to arbitration if unresolved
• Pay their own fees unless the arbitrator rules otherwise

11. FINAL ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using any product, you agree:

• All sales are final
• No refunds
• No proration
• No exceptions
• All disputes go to arbitration
• Liability is limited to $200
• Unauthorized sharing triggers liquidated damages
• You have read and agree to the terms
• You understand the digital nature of the product
• You are responsible for your purchase
